 Invest or not invest, that is the question. Over and over again we here that the housing market is horrible. Sure things have slowed down from the Boom of 2005, but as they say one man's trash is another man's treasure.

 Wether it is a home that has been wrecked by the disgruntle homeowner who was just foreclosed on or the homeowner that is willing to do just about anything to sell their home, it can become your treasure.

 Who wouldn't want to buy low and sell high. I think that is the exact reason why investing now can make for a big future. Someone can come in and buy what is going to be their long them home for ten's of thousands of dollars less, put a little into it, make it theirs and in the future sell it for a good profit.

 Why would you want to wait until everyone else was doing it. That only drives up the prices. The same could be said for investors who want rentals or a chance to find a good flip. BUY LOW and SELL HIGH!

 When you turn on the t.v. all we here is doom and gloom on the housing market. The truth of the matter is the foreclosures and such are limited to select areas and thank goodness we are not one of those areas. North Carolina is still a highly desirable place to live. And what could be more inviting than living at the BEACH!

 There are deals to be had. With a lot of inventory and sellers that are anxious to sell, living in a coastal community can go from Dream to reality.
